What we use today
No tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, no social media pixels, no profiling tools. The site’s security policy also blocks the loading of external scripts and fonts: everything is served from our own domain.
Only if you log in to the client area do we use a technical session cookie (__Host-ideand_portal) so that you do not have to identify yourself on every screen. It is strictly necessary to provide the service you request: it is encrypted, only travels over a secure connection and is not read by any third party. It expires after one hour of inactivity and, at most, after eight hours, and it is deleted when you log out. While you are logged in, the browser also remembers which company you have selected (session storage), and forgets it when you close the tab. Internal access for the IdeAnd team uses an equivalent cookie (__Host-ideand_equipo).
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. That is why you do not need to accept anything to browse, and you will not see a banner asking your permission for something we do not do.
What a cookie is
A small file that a site stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work; others are used to measure audiences or to profile advertising. The latter require your prior consent.
If this changes
If in the future we introduce audience measurement or any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before installing it, with an option to reject that is as accessible as the option to accept, and we will update this page explaining what each one collects and how long it lasts.
Any processing of personal data that may arise is governed by our privacy policy and by Llei 29/2021.
How to control cookies from your browser
All browsers let you view, delete and block stored cookies from their privacy settings. You can do so at any time; if you block the session cookie, the client area will not be able to keep you logged in.
