We analyse your tax position —corporate and personal— to optimise your tax burden within the Andorran legal framework: company structure, deductions applicable to Corporate Income Tax and IRPF planning if you are tax resident in the country. Ongoing advice, not just at year-end.

We keep your accounts in line with the Andorran Pla General Comptable: journal, general ledger, trial balance, and regular preparation of the profit and loss account and balance sheet, with bank and account reconciliations kept up to date.

We process payroll, staff registrations and terminations, and compliance with employment obligations towards Andorran social security, month by month. A service with its own and growing demand in Andorra.

A rigorous filter that avoids investing time and resources in projects that don’t stand up to analysis.

We actively monitor the investment once it has been made —business or property— tracking returns and operational milestones and reporting regularly to the investor, to ensure the project progresses as planned and to anticipate deviations in time.

We apply recognised methodologies —comparable multiples, discounted cash flow (DCF) and precedent transactions— choosing in each case the combination best suited to the sector and the purpose of the valuation: sale, succession, new partners joining or litigation. The result is a report that stands up before a buyer, a bank or a court, not an indicative estimate.
