- Do I need a home before applying for residence?
- Yes: an address in Andorra is a requirement of the application. That is why the search is not a later step; it runs in parallel from the start.
- Can I register the company at my home?
- It depends on the activity and the parish. In some cases it is allowed and in others you need business premises; we check this before you sign anything.
- What is the market like?
- Supply is limited and moves fast, especially for rentals. Having your proof of solvency ready is what separates securing a home from losing it.
- Do you only handle rentals, or purchases too?
- Purchases too, and there the support changes: it covers checking the property for charges and encumbrances, the tax treatment of the transaction and, if you are not resident, the foreign real estate investment authorisation. We coordinate with IdeAnd Immobiliària so the property and tax sides do not run separately.
