- Business plan in the Govern's format, together with your CV.

- Deed of incorporation, legalised or apostilled.

- Deed of power of attorney for the representatives or attorneys.

Yes. As you will not be resident in Andorra, you will need foreign investment authorisation to incorporate the company, and the company must have a reasonable structure in the country (an office, real activity). We assess this with you on the first call.
With good planning, 6 to 8 weeks to incorporate it; to start invoicing you also need tax registration and commercial registration. Getting the steps in the right order saves the most time — and that is exactly what we bring.
There is no equivalent to Spanish self-employed (autónomo) status: as a rule, you need to incorporate a company. Some regulated professions (engineering, architecture, medicine…) can operate in their own name once their qualifications are recognised.
